For authors who have received an acceptance notification, they are required to take the following steps:

     1. Revised the manuscript

Please revise your manuscript according to the reviewer’s comments. Please double-check the English writing and IEEE formatting. Check the tips for templating papers using IEEE format at this link so your paper will have minimal corrections.

     2. Plagiarism check

Before uploading, make sure the Plagiarism Checker process has been carried out.

Examples of Tools that can be used include:

• Turnitin  
• SmallSeo

or use other tools (save your plagiarism results, sometimes it takes) 

     3. Do E-Copyright

Please do the E-Copyright process available on the EDAS dashboard (*In Progress).

     4. PDF eXpress

Pdf conversion is done with PDF eXpress –> 

• First-time users should do the following:
  1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
  • “62977” for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
  An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent
  verifying your account setup.
• Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same
  password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

     5. Upload the Final Manuscript

Upload your final manuscript/final paper (camera ready) after you have followed the requirements described in the previous points. 

This process can only be done if you have uploaded the Respond-to-Review-Comments, filled out the E-Copyright Form, and chosen the Presenter Name from the authors’ names in EDAS submission system.

     6. Prepare a PPT and Video

The presenters are encouraged to provide an outline of the major points of their paper in the form of PowerPoint Presentation or other presentation media, and record their video presenting it using any recording tool of their choice, and then send it to EDAS System. Presentation templates can be downloaded at this link. 

Instructions For Video Recordings

• Video duration no longer than 10 minutes
• File Format: MPEG-4 (.mp4) file
• Video Size: HD (1280 x 720 or other “720p” setting)
• Audio Quality: please double check your files before submitting to make sure the audio is clear and audible.
• Videos should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides along with audio of the spoken presentation. Optionally videos may contain a shot of the speaker’s head for increased engagement. (This shot should be thumbnail-sized and overlayed on the slide images)
